We are excited to launch our first Run Club in Hawke's Bay in October. The 10 week programme will focus on form and technique, strength and conditioning, core, mobility and flexibility for runners, triathletes and any sport that involves running.
Wednesday at 6.30pm and Saturday at 6.30am at Peak Fitness and Health, 22 Te Aute Road, Havelock North. Starts Wednesday 12th October.

2 sessions per week $250
